MEMO processes account information needed for sign-in, profile claims, shortlists, submissions and moderation. Public professional listings may include information available from professional websites, portfolios, company pages and other public industry sources.
Your choices
You can claim a listing, suggest a correction, request removal, or raise a privacy concern. Use Suggest edit on the relevant record so the request stays connected to the correct profile, company or work entry.
Private data
Private shortlist notes and account-only information are not displayed publicly. Access is controlled through authenticated database policies.
Images and sources
Source URLs may be retained internally for provenance. Candidate or unapproved image URLs are not displayed. Approved images may be stored on MEMO-controlled storage for reliability.
